I am actively warning other people in my industry not to use this host. Painful from start to finish. Moved away after six months of frustrating support tickets. Simple things took days. Never again.
support restored a site from their nightly backup for free when my dev accidentally dropped a table... i expected a headache and got a solution instead.
Lost three days of email because of a DNS change they pushed without notifying me. Completely unacceptable.
