No complaints
No downtime that I have noticed since I joined. Their status page is boring and that is the highest compliment I can give. Support restored a site from their nightly backup for free when my dev accidentally dropped a table. I expected a headache and got a solution instead.
Great experience so far. Set up took maybe twenty minutes including DNS changes. Would recommend to anyone running a blog or portfolio site. Two sites, one Magento, one WordPress, both humming. Backups run automatically and i can restore from a dropdown.

Four stars because everything works but the onboarding flow felt a bit dated. Once you are through it, the hosting itself is fine.

Caching is handled at the server level so I removed a plugin and my site got faster. Small win but a win
