Customer Reviews
Five stars from me
Good host overall... Uptime has been great and support is responsive, but the admin panel could use a small refresh.
Better than my last host
chat support kept me in the loop while they fixed an issue on their end. no runaround, no scripted replies.
I am not technical. Their team walked me through cPanel step by step until I felt comfortable. Rare these days.
Clean interface, honest pricing, support that actually reads your ticket before replying. Nothing more to ask for.
No complaints
i am not technical. their team walked me through cpanel step by step until i felt comfortable. rare these days.
Mostly good
Performance is where it should be. Documentation could be more detailed for advanced setups. No complaints worth mentioning. Renewal pricing is a bit higher than i expected but the performance is there.
Support restored a site from their nightly backup for free when my dev accidentally dropped a table... I expected a headache and got a solution instead.
Hard pass
Lost three days of email because of a DNS change they pushed without notifying me. Completely unacceptable.
Solid host for the price. I run a small e-commerce shop and checkout speed noticeably improved after I switched. Really impressed with the onboarding. Free SSL was already active when I logged in for the first time...
Chat support kept me in the loop while they fixed an issue on their end. No runaround, no scripted replies.
